MANAGEMENT TEAM
"There are many different gifts, but it is always the same Spirit; there
are many different ways of serving, but it is always the same Lord." |
1 Corinthians 12:4-5 |
We use the four basic concepts of Total Quality Management
- continuous improvement, a focus on processes, measurement, and empowerment
of people to work toward becoming a twenty-FIRST-century Total Quality Ministry.
Management Purpose Groups for Total Quality Ministry!
- S.H.A.P.E.: to
help people understand their
Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experiences and to grow in using their gifts:
"The Right people in the Right places for the Right reasons"
- Generous Giving: to demonstrate that stewardship
is both faith in action and that tithing and gift giving is a weekly part
of our worship experience and provides for the accomplishment of FIRST'S ministries
and missions.
- Building and Grounds: facility management, maintaining
our grounds and building to support our growing congregation and ministries.
